Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@florwyn.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue either: A full refund to your original payment method, or a store credit, if you prefer to try a different product.

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your statement.

Exchanges

If a product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll happily send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
