Handcrafted Products & Product Use

All florwyn products are handcrafted in small batches using natural, ethically sourced ingredients. As with any botanical or essential oil–based product, please review ingredient lists carefully and conduct a patch test before full use.

For external use only. Not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Florwyn is not liable for reactions due to customer allergies or skin sensitivities. It is your responsibility to read product descriptions and ingredients before purchasing.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days of placement, not including weekends or U.S. holidays. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inventory errors).

Shipping Policy

Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. We currently offer:

Priority Ground
Expedited Shipping (when available)

Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $75, or on any order for Rooted Radiance and Earthkeeper rewards members.

International Orders

We currently ship to select international countries, including those in Europe.
Note: “Products handcrafted in the USA. International buyers are responsible for any VAT, customs fees, or import restrictions in their country.”

Returns & Refunds

We gladly accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect. For full details, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Rewards Program

Our rewards program offers tiered benefits to customers who join. florwyn reserves the right to update or modify program tiers, benefits, or eligibility at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual Property
